Having race teams in two prominent open-wheel
development series in North America means that Team G.FRO has
the ability to work with and help mold talented young drivers
into accomplished young drivers in their quest to move up the
open-wheel racing ladder. In their entry-level team in Pacific
F2000 competition, Team G.FRO works with their drivers to learn
new aspects of what it means to develop as a racecar driver in
what is generally each young driver’s first experience driving
for a private race team.
Once a driver graduates from F2000, he may then progress up a
step to Team G.FRO’s successful Star Mazda Championship
team. This can help a driver’s adaptation process a great
deal by staying within a familiar environment. In Star Mazda,
the competition is much stiffer, the stage is much more magnified,
and each driver’s pressure to perform is much more intense.
Having the experience and knowledge of what is asked of a driver
at each level, Team G.FRO can help prepare a young driver for
their future in motorsports by graduating young talent up the
open-wheel racing ladder all within their organization.
